- Population: 50K Or Less
- Term: 10-25 years (Equipment VS Real Estate)
- LTC: Up to 75%
- Property Types: All commercial assets (no golf courses or churches)
- Locations: Nationwide
- Balance Sheet Equity: 10% or more
